Date Sponge (67%): [Inverted Sugar Syrup, Wheat Flour, Water, Dates (6%) [Dates, Rice Flour], Alfa One Rice Bran Oil, Golden Syrup, Dried Skimmed Milk, Humectant (Glycerine), Raising Agents (Sodium Aluminium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Crystallised Ginger, Dried Egg White, Yeast, Soya Flour, Salt, Antioxidant (Tocopherol), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Preservative (Sorbic Acid), Flavouring, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin).
