St Johns Wort has traditionally been used for its calming effects as it possesses natural anti-anxiety and anti-depressant properties.
Directions for Use:
To make this herbal tea: Pour one cup of boiling water over a tea bag. For maximum flavour and effect steep each tea bag for 4 to 8 minutes before removing.
If sweetening is required we recommend using honey. No milk is needed.Serve hot or cold with ice.
To ease nervous tension and lift the mood, drink 2-4 cups daily.
Store in cool dry conditions in an airtight container.
