This Seafood Rub is a mixture of lemon pepper, garlic, fennel, paprika, dill, tarragon, onion and red peppercorns. Add to any fish or to roast vegetables, such as a medley of desiree potatoes, kumara and pumpkin. Drizzle a little olive oil over to crisp up the skins before roasting.
This product is handmade in quality controlled small batches. It is G.E. and Preservative Free.
