Directions for Use:
To make this herbal tea: Pour one cup of boiling water over one tea bag.
For maximum flavour and beneficial effects steep each tea bag for 4 to 8 minutes before removing.
If sweetening is required we recommend using Manuka Honey. No milk is required.
Serve hot. Tea may be taken cold if required.
